Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders October 23, 2009, the Company has consolidated its capital on a 15 old for one new basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of the Company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening Thursday, December 31, 2009, shares of Meridex Software Corporation will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis.
