Effective at the close of business, Tuesday, May 20, 2014, the common shares of Meridex Software Corporation will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the Company, pursuant to a Directors' resolution dated April 1, 2014.
The Company will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange at opening of market, Wednesday, May 21, 2014.
