Pursuant to a plan of arrangement effective April 3, 2017 under Division 5 of Part 9 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) that was approved by special resolutions passed by the shareholders of Pyng Medical Corp. (the "Company") on March 27, 2017, which has resulted in Teleflex Medical Canada Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Teleflex Incorporated acquiring all of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company from the shareholders in exchange for cash consideration of US$0.30203 per common share.
Effective at the close of business Thursday April 6, 2017, the common shares of will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange.
