Effective at the open, Friday, December 8, 2017, trading in Cameo Resources Corp.'s ("Cameo") common shares will resume.
This resumption of trading does not constitute acceptance of Cameo's agreement with Clean Commodities Corp. whereby Cameo may earn an 80% interest in the Dumont and Spodumene Lake Lithium Projects (the "Whabouchi Project") announced on November 30, 2017 (the "Reviewable Transaction"), and should not be construed as an assurance of the merits of the transaction or the likelihood of completion. Cameo is required to submit all of the required documentation relating to the Reviewable Transaction.
Completion of the Reviewable Transaction is subject to a number of conditions, including but not limited to, Exchange acceptance. There is a risk that the Reviewable Transaction will not be accepted or that the terms of the transaction may change substantially prior to acceptance.
