Further to the bulletin dated August 3, 2016, TSX Venture Exchange has accepted an amendment to warrants issued pursuant to a private placement of 6,612,000 shares and 3,306,000 share purchase warrants:
Warrants: 3,306,000 share purchase warrants
Current Warrant Exercise Terms: $0.15 per share until August 5, 2018
Amendment: Until the close of business on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, each warrant is exercisable for one share and one additional warrant to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.22 for an 18 month period. If not exercised on or before the close of business on June 12, 2018, the warrants will continue to be exercisable under the Current Warrant Exercise Terms until expiry.
The remainder of the bulletin is unchanged.
