The TSX Venture Exchange (the 'Exchange') has accepted for filing an amending agreement (the 'Amending Agreement') dated August 14, 2013 between Canadian Imperial Venture Corp. (the 'Company'), Carina Energy Inc. ('Carina') and Ozias Theriault ('Theriault) in connection with the Little Bear Lake Gold property (the 'Property').
Pursuant to the Amending Agreement, the Company has received an extension for certain payments associated with the acquisition of a 55% interest in the Property in exchange for a cash payment of $20,000 and the issuance of 500,000 common shares of the Company to Theriault.
