Effective at the close of business March 6, 2007, the common shares of Mena Resources Inc. will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of the Company's shares results from Rusoro Mining Ltd. acquiring 100% of the Company's shares pursuant to an Arrangement Agreement dated January 22, 2007. Mena Resources Inc. shareholders will receive one shares of Rusoro Mining Ltd. for every 1.7 shares held.
