TSX Venture Exchange has been advised that closing occurred on August 31, 2016, for aggregate gross proceeds of $28,778,750.
Underwriters: Raymond James Ltd., National Bank Financial Inc., Cormark Securities Inc., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc., and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
Offering: 44,275,000 shares (including 5,775,000 shares exercised pursuant to the Underwriter's over-allotment option, which has been fully exercised.
