Further to TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated June 27, 2011, this is to advise that Energold Drilling Corp. (the "Company") has issued a further 1,353,092 common shares under the earn-out provisions pursuant to a Purchase and Sale Agreement effective June 1, 2011, between the Company and several arm's-length parties, whereby the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Bertram International Corporation - a diversified specialty drilling company with operations in Canada and the USA.
