TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a Property Sale Agreement dated March 25, 2014 between the Company and Garmin Metals & Mining Corp. (Cora Chau) whereby the Company can earn a 100% interest in the McWilliams Lake Property that is located in Saskatchewan. Consideration is 4,000,000 common shares to be issued within 5 days from Exchange approval and $1,000,000 in exploration expenditures within 4 years.
