Effective at the close of business February 3, 2009, the common shares of Delta Exploration Inc. will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting of the Company's shares results from Rockgate Capital Corp. acquiring 100% of the Company's shares pursuant to an Arrangement Agreement dated December 17, 2008. Delta Exploration Inc. shareholders will receive 0.5 shares of Rockgate Capital Inc. for every Delta Exploration Inc. share held.
