TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an acquisition agreement dated October 11, 2011 made between Dorex Minerals Inc. (the "Company") and Cia Mienra de Oror Tres Hermanos, SA whereby the Company will acquire a 75% interest in the Tres Hermanos Mine located in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.
Total consideration for the acquisition consists of $1,375,000 cash and $3,500,000 in exploration expenditures as follows:
