Effective at the close of business Tuesday, February 18, 2003, the common shares of the Company will be delisted from TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the Company.
The delisting of the Company's common shares results from the completion of the business combination of the Company with Bema Gold Corporation ('Bema'). As a result of the business combination, the Company's shareholders will receive one Bema common share for each common share of the Company held, and the Company's common shares will then be cancelled. The common shares of Bema trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol BGO.
